BBL (Broadband Light) is a high-tech light therapy used for skin rejuvenation and treatment of various skin problems. BBL uses broad-spectrum light waves that affect the pigment and vascular structure under the skin. This treatment targets age spots, sun spots, redness, rosacea, fine wrinkles and skin tone irregularities.
The treatment penetrates the different layers of the skin, increasing collagen production and encouraging skin renewal. BBL is a minimally invasive procedure and usually does not require anesthesia. There may be slight redness and swelling after the procedure, but these effects quickly subside. BBL treatment is usually performed in several sessions, with a few weeks between each session.
