Helios 3 is a laser device used for skin rejuvenation and treatment of pigmentation problems. This device targets skin lesions and pigment problems by combining fractional and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser technologies. Helios 3 is effective in treating various skin problems such as fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots, melasma and acne scars.
The treatment uses laser beams that penetrate the different layers of the skin to increase collagen production and stimulate skin renewal. Helios 3 is a minimally invasive procedure and usually does not require anesthesia. There may be slight redness and swelling after the procedure, but these effects quickly subside. Helios 3 treatment is usually performed in several sessions and the results become apparent after the treatment course is completed.
